Application by Casino Licence Holder or Request by Secretary to Specify, Vary or Revoke the Conditions of a Casino LicenceUnder section 139(1)(d) and (e) the holder of a casino licence (casino operator’s or casino venue licence) may apply and the Secretary may request to have the conditions of a casino licence specified, varied or revoked. The Gambling Commission must treat such applications in accordance with section 140. Section 139(1) also sets out a number of other situations in which the Gambling Commission may specify, vary or revoke the conditions of a casino licence.
