Application by the Secretary for the Department of Internal Affairs to Suspend the Licence of Dunedin Casinos Management Limited
The Commission commenced the hearing of the Secretary’s application on 31 July 2006.
The hearing could not be completed within the two days estimated by counsel and allocated by the Commission and was adjourned part heard on 1 August 2006.
The hearing is expected to be completed on 11, 12 and 13 September, being the soonest dates when counsel, witnesses and Commissioners are available.
